I would love the opportunity to bring your rosary back to life. I often work on rosaries that have been in families for decades; such rosaries have been used so much and prayed on so often that they fall into disrepair. Some are missing beads. Some have a broken crucifix. Whatever the issue with your cherished rosary, I hope you'll give me the opportunity to restore it.
Will you donate it? I've also repaired old rosaries that the owner does not want back; but they want to see it put to good use. I manage a "Rosary Center" at our parish where we make rosaries available for free. They are just hanging there, waiting for a new home. If you want to donate the completed rosary, let me know. I've also received rosaries that are so badly broken that I've used the parts to repair other rosaries. There are so many ways to do this.
The best way to get started is for us to talk. Perhaps you can email me a photo of your rosary along with an explanation. Then we'll talk it through to make sure we're on the same page with how to repair it. If you happen to live in northeast Wisconsin, we can meet in person and figure it all out. Sometimes a repair simply requires me to work on your rosary/chain with no need for additional parts. Sometimes I need to find parts to replace something that is missing or broken; in this case, I may already have the parts or I may need to find out where I can buy them. However we do it, I want to be sure you have the right expectation.
IMPORTANT POINTS
Logistics
If you're a neighbor of mine, hit me up after Mass some time and we can do this all in person. If not, then just ship it to me; I'll fix it and ship it back to you.

IMPORTANT: As I said above, BEFORE sending it to me, be sure you've already sent me a picture and I've agreed to do the repair. I'd hate for you to send me a rosary that I'm not able to work on.
Cost
You'll cover my out-of-pocket cost for the parts and shipping. Then all I ask is that you make a donation to the Catholic school scholarship fund (in ANY amount) where I direct all monies from this vocation. There is no profit for me. Seriously, this is not a side gig or a money-making service for me. My goal is to simply get these rosaries back into working order so that we can continue to fertilize the world with Hail Marys!
Turn Around Time/My Schedule
This vocation has become quite popular, so I must start by asking for your patience. Each repair is unique. Sometimes a repair takes me months because it takes a while to find the perfect beads to replace missing beads. Sometimes a repair takes me only a few days because it's just re-attaching some chain. Also note that this is not my full-time job. If you have any kind of a deadline, please let me know and I'll see what I can do. I will do my best to keep you posted as to where I am with your rosary. And, you should always feel welcome to send me an email and ask what's up; seriously, I don't mind it and I certainly don't want you to worry. Note the above table that shows the list of the rosaries that I'm currently working on.
Work Samples
Here are some photos of repairs that I've done. My work has included things like fixing a link, replacing a paper clip, adding chain, replacing a missing crucifix, and replacing missing beads. When certain pieces of a rosary are missing, I do my best to find closely matching parts from various sources.
